With the power of the ProShip rating engines ProShip Office is the most capable web based shipping software.
ProShip Office can be integrated to allow multi-location users to ship from a companies intranet site or allow non logistics personnel to enter all the required shipping information and then generate a "license plate" that allows qualified shipping personnel to review and perform the final shipping process on a letter or package.
Using ProShip Office can ensure that a company does not have multiple carrier accounts. This ensures that all packages are shipped with the companies carrier discounts.
Tracking
ProShip Office has available tracking software developed by BWTI. Tracking reports can be exported to PDFs or CSVs
Reporting
ProShip Office provides for point and click reporting. With native database drivers for the most common databases and an ODBC driver for all other databases, ProShip Office can provide for more than just shipping reporting.
Package Rating
Enables shipping rate comparisons using the most up-to-date published rates from carriers, or your own negotiated rates with a carrier. Rates are calculated using package specifications, such as weight, dimensions, etc.
Multi-Piece Shipping
Can process multiple packages in a single shipment with different shipping parameters.
Manifest Management
Provides end-of-day procedures that can be performed from any workstation, including closing out, printing the carrier manifests and transmit manifest reports.

Multi-Carrier Support

ProShip Office is capable of electronically filing a Shipper Export Declaration (SED), obtaining an ITN for your shipment, and creating carrier compliant labels that eliminate carrier SED charges. This eliminates the need for paper forms and will expedite your international shipping.
ProShip Enterprise Queuing System
ProShip Office connects to ProShip's Enterprise Queuing System (EQS) is a product developed to monitor activities between multiple machines running legacy components. When ProShip Office EQS detects an instability it will restart or redirect communications to a new component or system.
